Jako blogová lavina se nám tu dneska šíří zpráva, že od března 2012 končí oblíbená funkce sledování přes Google Friends Connect. Hledala jsem si nějaké informace a zjistila jsem (jak už psala i Pavlína), že se to týká pouze blogů, které nepoužívají Blogger pro tvorbu svých stránek. Tady je úryvek přímo z oficiálního blogu Googlu:
You could definitely read today on many blogs the notice about the end of Google Friends Connect by the next March. I looked up some information and I found out that it concerns only non-Blogger blogs. Here is the quotation from the official Google Blog:
"...We’re retiring the service for all non-Blogger sites on March 1, 2012. We encourage affected sites to create a Google+ page and place a Google+ badge on their site so they can bring their community of followers to Google+ and use new features like Circles and Hangouts to keep in touch." (link)
Takže naprostá většiny z nás se to pravděpodobně netýká.
So it probably does not apply for the majority of blogs.
